EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Can I exchange my order?
To request a product exchange, you must fill out the form, providing your order number and attaching photos of your product and packaging elements so our team can review the request.
The maximum period to request an exchange is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for an exchange, all products must be in excellent condition along with their packaging, must not have been used or damaged, and must include all accessories.
If your exchange is approved, we will send you a shipping label so you can drop off the package at the nearest postal service. The product must be packed exactly as you originally received it, along with the printed new shipping label. Tentroya will cover the shipping cost for one exchange. Any additional exchanges requested by the customer will have shipping costs covered by the customer.
Please note that we must wait for the product to arrive at our warehouse before sending your new item. This timeframe depends on how quickly you send the product back and how long the postal service takes to deliver it to us.
The customer will have a credit for the amount paid at the time of purchase. The applicable prices will be those in effect at the time of the exchange, and the customer will have 48 hours to select the new product(s).
Products marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
"Gift with purchase" items must be returned if the product associated with the promotion is being exchanged or returned.
Can I return my order?
To request a product return, you must fill out the form, providing your order number and attaching photos of your product and packaging elements so our team can review the request.
The maximum period to request a return is 10 calendar days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, all products must be in excellent condition along with their packaging, must not have been used or damaged, and must include all accessories.
If your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label so you can send your purchase back to our warehouse from the nearest postal service. The product must be packed exactly as you originally received it, along with the printed new shipping label.
Once we receive the product, we will cancel your order, refund your money within 5 business days to the original payment method, and send you a cancellation receipt.
If the purchase included any promotional benefits (gifts, etc.), the customer must return both the purchased product and the corresponding gift(s)/benefit(s) received with the purchase.
RETURN DUE TO DEFECT:
If you wish to exchange or return your order due to any of the following defects*, the shipping costs will be covered by TENTROYA.
Defects include: loose/broken stitching, scratches, issues with the zipper.

Once the order is received, TENTROYA has 4 to 6 business days to dispatch your order. After that, the delivery time will depend on the logistics company.

How should I take care of my leather product?
Leather is a noble and durable natural material that can last for many years with proper care.
Here are some tips to help you keep it in optimal condition for longer:
- Avoid overloading leather products. This material has the ability to stretch and adapt easily to shapes, so overfilling can cause unwanted bulges on its surface.
- Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Intense heat can dry out and damage the product.
- Keep it away from humid and closed environments to prevent moisture from causing mold and mildew growth, which can ruin the product.
- Never submerge leather in water or attempt to wash it in a washing machine.
- If the product gets wet or comes into contact with water, gently dry it with a clean, dry cloth.
- Attention! A little rain won’t harm it. Let it dry in the shade, in a well-ventilated place at room temperature. Avoid placing it near direct heat sources such as heaters or intense sunlight.
- If the product gets dirty, clean it gently with a slightly damp sponge and, if necessary, use a little neutral soap. Avoid rubbing too hard.
- Never use glycerin soap, abrasive cleaners, varnish, detergents, alcohols, or ammonia-based water, as these products can cause irreversible damage to the leather.
- To make the leather more resistant to water and dirt, you can apply a small amount of leather grease or conditioner. These products are available at shoe stores and leather repair shops.
- If you need a deeper cleaning, we recommend taking it to a professional dry cleaner with experience in caring for leather products.
- Keep in mind that dark-colored leather may transfer dye to other garments, especially light-colored fabrics. Be mindful when pairing your leather product with other clothing items.
