To ensure that your exchange or return is accepted, please make sure that the product is in excellent condition, with its original packaging, and has not been used or damaged. All accessories originally included with the product must also be returned.

Spanish and US national holidays, local public holidays in Madrid and United Sates and bank holidays in the shipping destination can also lead to delays in deliveries.

To request a return of an order, you must communicate via email writing to eshop@tentroya.com indicating the order number and attaching photos of your product and packaging elements so that our team can analyze the request.
The client will have up to 30 calendar days from the date of having received their purchase to request a return.
