The client will have up to 30 calendar days from the date of having received their purchase to request a return.

Please note that any order made after 1pm (GMT +1) on Friday and throughout Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched for delivery on the Monday of the following week. Spanish and US national holidays, local public holidays in Madrid and United Sates and bank holidays in the shipping destination can also lead to delays in deliveries.
