Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

 

The use of the Website implies knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and those to be dictated or modified in the future, unilaterally, by TENTROYA. If you do not agree with the Terms of use, you must refrain from using the Website and/or the services offered by it.

 

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country/region for which the product(s) are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

PAYMENT SECURITY

On TENTROYA, every purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use of Trustwave and Geotrust-certified secure servers and the implementation of the most advanced encryption services (SSL). We only use protected connections, as demonstrated by the "https" URL prefix and the lock symbol that appears in the browser's address bar. To safeguard your credit card purchases, you will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order. Our Payments department may carry out anti-fraud checks before approving the transaction and for greater protection, they may contact you for further details before confirming the order.

RETURN POLICY

Exchanges

TENTROYA does not accept exchanges.

Customers will follow return process for their unwanted product and will need to place a new order for the desired product.

 

Returns

To request a return of an order, you must communicate via email writing to eshop@tentroya.com indicating the order number and attaching photos of your product and packaging elements so that our team can analyze the request.

The client will have up to 30 calendar days from the date of having received their purchase to request a return. For your application to be accepted, all products must be in excellent condition along with their packaging, must not have been used or damaged, and must include all their accessories.

Then, you may select two different options: 
1. You may receive a full refund amount in Merchandise Credit. This Merchandise Credit will never expire.

2. You may also have a refund back to your original form of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.


If your return is approved, we will coordinate with you in order to send us the items back.

After you have completed the return process online, please print the return label and return form.

Please pack items to be returned and return form inside an appropriate shipping box and seal.

Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop off at your nearest Mail location.

Your credit or refund will be applied within 3-8 business days upon receipt of your item(s).

In the event of a purchase with some benefit (gifts, etc.) when requesting a return, the customer must return the purchased product and the gifts/benefits acquired with their purchase.

 

WARRANTY POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our products. Therefore in the event that you need to repair any of our products, we offer you a 6-month limited warranty from the date of the purchase.


In order to ask for your bag to be repaired or replaced under our warranty, please communicate by writing to eshop@tentroya.com indicating the order number, detail of the repair order and attaching photos of your product including the front, back, sides, bottom, and interior of your bag so that our team can analyze the request.

We will contact you with the next steps in the process.


Once we have your product, it will enter the quality control department. They will evaluate your case and give you an answer. If applicable, the repairs are carried out in our workshop and TENTROYA will cover defects in materials and workmanship on all of our products purchased through our website by repairing or by replacing it.


Being a not local brand that ships its products from Argentina, it may occur that we do not have the same product on stock to replace it right way. Being that the case, we will offer the client to change it for other product on our catalog, to wait for us to ship one similar in style, or the refund of their purchase. Either way, we will contact you with the next steps in the process.


This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, fire, flood, or other natural disasters, cleaning products or chemicals, contact with sharp or abrasive objects, human fluids, stains or spills, pet damage, misuse, normal wear & tear, or from any other service/alteration made by any other party.

SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

At the time of confirming the purchase, we leave a space for the customer to detail the name, surname and ID of the authorized recipient if it is not the same. The product will be delivered to the authorized recipient under the client's responsability.

If the data provided by the client is incorrect and/or the delivery of the product(s) is impossible, the shipment will be rejected from the mail, the client must wait for the return to be entered at the central office and then coordinate a new shipment, paying the cost within the framework of 10 calendar days from the date of receipt at the central office. In the same context and time frame, if the customer does not respond, does not agree or chooses to cancel the purchase, the refund will be issued.


Please note that any order made after 1pm (GMT +1) on Friday and throughout Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched for delivery on the Monday of the following week. Spanish and US national holidays, local public holidays in Madrid and United Sates and bank holidays in the shipping destination can also lead to delays in deliveries.


In order to guarantee security and speed, all orders are shipped using high quality courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a direct link by email that will allow you to check the status of your order and follow its progress at the couriers website.

To preserve the appearance and nobility of our products, we recommend that they be treated delicately, avoiding contact with any type of liquid or chemical or exposure to humidity or very hot temperatures, or surfaces that may percuss or stain.

Keep in mind that leathers can fade with rubbing.


For the correct maintenance we recommend the application of a leather protector and/or cleaning with a professional and/or the application of appropriate special products.

Avoid spray contact with alcohol, scratches, or chemical products, liquids, as these atrophy our products.

We design and make our products with international (argentinian) labor and raw materials in our own workshop with selected premium noble leathers.


In case of detecting any defect, you must communicate via email writing to eshop@tentroya.com indicating the order number, detail of defect, attaching photos of your product and packaging elements so that our team can analyze the request.


The client will have up to 10 calendar days from the date of having received their purchase to make a claim. In order for your claim to be accepted, all products must be in the same conditions presented along with their packaging, they must not have been used or damaged, and they must include all their accessories.

If your claim is approved, we will coordinate with you directly for the return. The product must be packaged as originally received along with the printing of the new shipping label.

PRODUCT

Merchandise Availability 


While TENTROYA makes every attempt to properly represent inventory numbers on the Site, merchandise availability is not guaranteed. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you as immediately as possible via e-mail.


We make limited edition products, therefore, its immediate replacement may not be feasible. If any of our products are not listed in our e-shop or are displayed as out of stock, it means that it is out of stock.

 

Product Information


TENTROYA takes every effort to accurately display the colors of our products online, but we cannot guarantee its accuracy. The actual colors you see will depend on the calibration of each monitor an/or screen used and we cannot guarantee that you will see the colors with total accuracy.


The printed leathers may not be as the reference in the photo, being that they are handmade, and may carry natural imperfections such as marks, veins, wrinkles and colour differences, so it is possible that there may be an overlapping of prints.


As a result of the transformation process, a slight transfer of colour can occur with all of our leather when rubbed, especially in humid environments. Keep this in mind, particularly with suede or suede-like leather, when wearing light-coloured garments. Imperfections in our fabric and canvas products are part of their nature too and should be celebrated. The colours and dyes in some of these products can also produce a slight transfer of colour, so avoid wearing light-coloured garments with intensely coloured Items.

PRICES

Prices include tax but exclude delivery costs, which will be automatically added (at the cost shown) to the total amount due when you view the items in your shopping basket, and have selected your chosen different delivery method.

 

Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a despatch confirmation.

 

You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason. We also carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card, and products will not be despatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. We are not responsible for this.

 

Benefits and promotions do not overlap. Products purchased within the framework of certain special events will not be exchanged. (see changes” tab)
